Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Since we sell pre-owned books, please ensure the book is returned without any new damage or markings. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the book is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong book or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
